At Sanvi’s Kitchen, we clean and wash the finger millets 3 to 4 times, then patiently let them sprout over 3 days. Sprouting breaks down complex starches, making the iron and calcium incredibly easy for the body to absorb while multiplying the grain’s vitamin content. The sprouted grain is then sun-dried and milled into a nutrient-dense flour in small, hygienic batches.
